Global Culture Education Foundation(GCEF) is a non-profit organization that was funded in 2010.  We provide opportunities for students to take a modern and invigorating world view by exploring a different language and culture.  It is our goal to prepare students for college and career readiness.  We expect students to be productive and be global leaders.
